Terms & Conditions

1. The Demonstration Tours (DEMOTOURS) of The World of Outbound, Corp. are simulations of Lakbay Kalikasan ' s Outbound Education ® Programs.
2. Participation in the DEMOTOUR does not commit the school to enroll, subscribe or purchase services of The World of Outbound, Corp. for its Lakbay Kalikasan's Outbound Education ® or any of its programs.
3. Participation in the DEMOTOUR shall commit the school to accommodate The World of Outbound, Corp. for a thirty-minute (30 min) presentation about the company's sites and programs prior or after the DEMOTOURS.
4. For DEMOTOURS 2010, the sites include Nuvali, Madlum, Mt. Banahaw, Bauan in Batangas. and ABS Ecovillage.
   
5. The DEMOTOURS are open to preselected schools duly accredited by the Department of Education (DepEd) or the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd). The invitation is open only to administrators, principals, activity and academic coordinators or their faculty representatives.
   
6. The DEMOTOURS are conducted for one (1) whole day and are inclusive of transport, module, materials, entrance fees and lunch. A certificate of participation will be issued after the trip.
   
7. Destinations and dates may be chosen from the table above and should be based on the school ' s department level (Preparatory School, Grade School, High School, or College), subject area (Science or Social Science) and school location.
   
8. Reservations can be made by faxing the filled out form to (02) 951-1550 no later than five (5) working days before the trip. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
   
9. The Grade School and High School Departments may avail of two (2) trips each, one for the Science and another for the Social Science faculty, with a maximum of three (3) participants per trip. Administrators and coordinators in charge of educational tours are encouraged to join. Teachers from other subject areas may also join for integration purposes.
   
10. Schools offering Preparatory levels only may avail of one (1) trip to Nuvali, for a maximum of three (3) participants.
    
11. The Collegiate level may avail of one (1) trip per College for a maximum of two (2) participants per trip.
    
12. DEMOTOURS to ABS Ecovillage in Iba, Zambales In excess of the allotted number of participants, the following charges per participant will apply: Nuvali – P 800, Madlum – P 850, Mt. Banahaw – P 900, Bauan – P 1,400 and Ecovillage – P 950.
    
13. Accommodation of excess participants is subject to the availability of seats. The maximum allowable number of excess participants per school per trip is two (2).
    
14. Non-school personnel, family and personal guests are not allowed to join the DEMOTOURS.
    
15. Cancellation or rescheduling of trips must be made no later than two (2) working days before the trip. After this deadline, the school will be charged P 500 for each participant who cancels or reschedules his trip. The same charge applies for excess participants.
    
16. Each participant is expected to be in good health and shall sign a waiver before departure. The DEMOTOUR is not covered by travel accident insurance.
    
17. Participants must arrive at the designated pick-up points on time. The World of Outbound, Corp. reserves the right to leave behind participants to avoid compromising the itinerary and safety of the group.
    
18. The World of Outbound, Corp. reserves the right to refuse passage, to cancel or postpone DEMOTOURS due to safety concerns.
