• The Early Booking Privilege (EBP) is offered to both renewing and new schools for the upcoming school year. Reservation starts every January 15 of each year and ends on May 31.
• Schools availing of the EBP reserves the right to be scheduled at their preferred site/s and booked at their chosen date/s with subsidized rates protecting their students from any impending increase in the cost of service and only schools with EBP may choose their preferred Team Leaders (see attached listing).
• Final schedule and site may be changed or altered provided that any change/s is/are made on or before July 15 or the current calendar year.
• Schools need to confirm their EBP regarding final site, date, module and other special arrangements between July 15 to August 1. No surcharge or fine will be applied to schools canceling their reservations until August 1.
• For schools that are not confirming nor cancelling their reservations on August 1 and thereafter, Lakbay Kalikasan shall deem it’s EBP as final and executory.
• Formal quotation of rates shall be provided for schools availing of the EBP with a table of comparison between seasons and days.
• Date and site reservations under the EBP are on a first come, first served basis. Lakbay Kalikasan reserves the right to refuse carriage on a particular site or date that may exceed the total carrying capacity for students vis-à-vis facilities and environmental impact for said venue.
• Lakbay Kalikasan reserves the right to accept of deny any EBP reservations based on safety and security reasons that may threaten life, property and time bound objectives.
