What is this all about?

The Outbound ® Adventure Free Demonstration Tours showcase the capabilities of Lakbay Kalikasan as Southeast Asia’s premiere Outbound Education outfitter in handling corporate activities such as outings, excursions, learning tours, team building activities, or sales travel incentives.

We provide decision-makers basic information on where, when and how much expenses a trip will entail; thus offering the organization the opportunity to make the best choice in the most efficient way.

What will be the company’s obligations?

Our Outbound ® Adventure Free Demonstration Tour is non-committal. You will not be obliged to book with any of our available services by participating in the demotour. We only require a 45-minute presentation and orientation with you at least five (5) working days before departure.
Where and when can we join?

You get to choose the site based on the number of participants (pax) you are planning to bring for a company outing, team building activities or sales travel incentives. There are three (3) tour options based on the number of participants you’re planning to book. Kindly refer to the table below.

OPTIONS REQUIREMENT VENUE DATES

1. Kindly fax the reservation form at 02.932-7818 to 19. Look for Clint or Jeco.
   
2. We shall confirm your reservation the following working day through our confirmed sheet together with an SMS message.
   
3. Please indicate the date and time of your preferred presentation and orientation at least five (5) working days before the demotour.
   
4. Mr. Clint Pijuan (Marketing Associate for Outbound Adventure) will conduct the scheduled presentation and orientation of your choice.
   
5. Our team will pick you up and bring you back to your office on the date of departure.

How many can join?

We can accommodate two (2) pax to a maximum of four (4) pax per duly registered corporation.

What are the inclusive services?

• Free roundtrip transportation to and from the site venue and back to the point of origin
• Facilitation
• All equipment
• All entrance fees and community donations
• Lunch

What are the restrictions?

1. Lakbay Kalikasan reserves the right to postpone or cancel any free Outbound ® Adventure demonstration tour without prior notice due to safety and security concerns. The demotours are open to businesses and organizations duly registered with the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC).
   
2. Limited dates are available for the options given. No other available dates may be requested except when the company has decided to book with Lakbay Kalikasan without the benefit of the demonstration tour.
   
3. Availment of the free demonstration tours is on a first come, first served basis.
   
4. Accommodation of excess participants will be subject to the availability of seats, carrying capacities of sites and excess charges.
   
5. Participants are expected to be in good health and shall sign a waiver before departure.
   
6. Pick-ups and drop-offs shall be within the premises of the corporate address indicated in the fax sheet.
   
7. Participants must arrive at the designated pick up point on time. Lakbay Kalikasan reserves the right to leave behind participants to avoid compromising the itinerary or safety of the group.
