Outbound Adventure
Think of it as training, team building or a corporate outing...
Outbound Adventure is a confluence of behavioral, organizational and skill based development cum enrichment programs where participants are exposed to the real world, in real time and in real conditions. It anchors on the three basic tenets: safety, learning and delight.
|
| Safety |
Safety - All activities are facilitated by our Outbound Educators. These trained and highly skilled
facilitators will take the participants to a learning adventure with safety foremost in their minds.
In-charge of the program execution is one team leader assisted ably by a ratio of Outbound Educators
to ensure safe passage and provide security for the team. Safety equipment from helmets, technical
climbing equipment, masks, snorkel to life-vests shall be provided(if applicable) and eaach team will carry
standard first-aid kits and other supplies for emergency purposes.Travel accident insurance with medical
reimbursement* is standard to the package and emergency medical services are available to
include extrication of participants in severe distress calls**. Our lofty standard in carrying out
our safety protocol is one of the key assets we take pride in. |

| Learning |
Outbound adventure is about direct experience and what the participants can learn
frm it. The paradigm is simple: allow each individual to observe and participate in the
phenomenon and challenges of the biophysical and social-cultural environments. They will, in turn,
discover what are the best positive attributes that can be applied in their work habits.
Behavioral(from inter/intra personal to leadership) aspects are anchored in our history, heritage
and culture. The concept of the loob amongst Filipinos, for example, is one entry point to
deliver the message of cohesiveness in a pangkat or team.Modules based on communication,problem-solving,
risk management and adversity skills are anchored in what they can derive from the occurences, relationships
and dynamics in the natural environment-enabled through a wide array of adventure activities.Special
programs like reflection/spiritual, gaining corporate loyalty and even creativity modules can
also be arranged.

| Delight |
Unlike any out-of-the office activity either for outings or team building.Outbound Adventure is replete
with adventure activities designed for participants 8 years of age to 78.It may not be confined to
one area alone(subject to your preference of destination), and the entire program can move within
the day, include different locations while pursuing the learning objective of the program.Choose from
any of the activities available which are doable on a per site basis - the options are almost limitless. It
maybe as simple as a museum visit, an incorporation of structured learning exercises to the
development of your own adventure race or challenge.Outdoor activities range from hiking, trekking, and
white-water rafting, bouldering, river trekking, swimming to the more technical such as Tyrolean traverse, rappelling,
rock climbing, sailing, skin diving to SCUBA. Cultural activities are integral to some sites of which
activities may include poetry reading, play acting and even mind-perception games.
